Not much has changed since my school days. I am still just as comfortable walking alone, with the quiet of my own thoughts. Content to be an outsider- a brooding observer of the tragic comedies of man. I have long been aware that the world is an over stimulated circus. To sit still, be quiet and thoughtful, sincerely happy would unnerve most people. Some might narrowly look upon me, reacting with spite or pity. They could not view their lives outside the realm of social standing and the pack that feeds off their own opinions of each other, finding what limited purpose and direction they can in the acceptance of a questionable few. Patience has favored me and I, fortunately, enjoy a life devoid of such trappings. Much of what drives me and guides me day to day is the result of Extension and Reflection…a constantly refined snapshot of how I view the world, and thus myself.
